Christian studied Interior Design at Leeds Metropolitan University. He spent the next six years in Los Angeles working as a brand designer for Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo Cars, developing skills in project management, client liaison and design development. With an average tan he returned to the UK in 2004 to become a director of Riot Design. After four constructive years with Riot he felt it was time for a change and started The Collective.
Christian’s strong visualisation skills and design experience allows architects and developers to feel assured that their project will be completed on time and to the highest standard. Christian loves nothing more than working with a creative team, developing storey boards and concepts through to final client presentations, ensuring that new visual and technical boundaries are pushed on every project.
Ben has been working in the world of motion graphics for four years. Graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Leeds in 2001 followed by a BA in Design and Art Direction at Manchester, he combined the skills acquired at university to pursue a career in motion graphics.
Ben lives in Castlefield, Manchester, and works for some fantastically talented people producing for broadcast, cinema, installations, high street marketing and events.

A graphic designer, website designer and web developer based in Manchester, Jonny has nine years experience in the design industry. A focused individual and favorable group member, Jonny provides a complete creative solution for all print or web based requirements.
Specialising in design for web he has extensive technical knowledge and experience within website design, online advertising, online branding and promotion. Jonnys expertise are not directed exclusively online, he has been involved in extensive marketing campaigns, designing media for print and screen.

Pip has six years experience in photography providing a broad range of transferable skills for this demanding industry. Delivering outstanding creative and technical skills working with institutions such as HKR Architects, Pinsent Masons, Argent Group PLC, Dinosaur and many more on a variety of projects to photographically raise an institution’s profile.
With a BA hons in photography Pip is enthusiastic and has a great deal of experience in fast paced environments delivering projects with ‘high-pressure’ deadlines. Pip is fully competent in digital formats on location and in the studio from lighting & shooting to post production and archiving. Being creatively flexible, professional and comfortable working within precise creative briefs is prominent in her projects.
